Our Family Room was specially designed for relaxed holidays with children. Around 33 m² create a harmonious balance between shared living space and private retreats.

A special highlight is the layout with two separate sleeping areas connected by a door. Parents and children each have their own space while always remaining close to one another.

The room accommodates 2 to 4 guests and combines comfort with practical functionality. A cozy double bed in the parents’ area and two single beds in the children’s room ensure restful nights for everyone.

The balcony, thoughtful layout and warm, welcoming atmosphere make the Family Room the ideal starting point for shared experiences and memorable days together.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Plans can change — no problem. Depending on the season, you can cancel or reschedule your stay free of charge up to a certain deadline.

Winter:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
30–20 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost
20–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
14–7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

Summer:

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation or rescheduling
13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the room price
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

We recommend cancelling in due time to avoid additional costs.

Getting here is easy — whether by car, train, or plane.

If you’re arriving by train, we’re happy to pick you up from Schladming train station. For direct bookings, the shuttle service is complimentary.

Arriving by car is just as convenient. Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel, and an electric vehicle charging station is also provided.

Would you like to arrive earlier? Just let us know in advance so we can reserve a parking space for you.

On your departure day, you may leave your car parked with us, subject to availability. We’re also happy to store your luggage for you.
