Our Two-Level Maisonette brings movement into the space while creating a truly special living atmosphere. Across 25 to 28 m², a thoughtfully designed concept unfolds over two levels, combining openness with cosy comfort.

The double bed on the gallery level becomes a private retreat overlooking the room below — a place where you naturally want to stay a little longer. In the lower area, a spacious pull-out couch provides additional flexibility and space.

The room accommodates 2 to 4 guests and is ideal for anyone looking for something a little different. Natural materials, warm tones and clean lines give the room its unmistakable character.

The washbasin is openly integrated into the living space and blends naturally into the overall design. The shower is located in a separate room, while the toilet is separate as well. This creates a balanced interplay between openness and privacy that feels pleasantly effortless.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Plans can change — no problem. Depending on the season, you can cancel or reschedule your stay free of charge up to a certain deadline.

Winter:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
30–20 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost
20–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
14–7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

Summer:

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation or rescheduling
13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the room price
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

We recommend cancelling in due time to avoid additional costs.

Getting here is easy — whether by car, train, or plane.

If you’re arriving by train, we’re happy to pick you up from Schladming train station. For direct bookings, the shuttle service is complimentary.

Arriving by car is just as convenient. Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel, and an electric vehicle charging station is also provided.

Would you like to arrive earlier? Just let us know in advance so we can reserve a parking space for you.

On your departure day, you may leave your car parked with us, subject to availability. We’re also happy to store your luggage for you.
