So that everything around your getaway runs smoothly, we’ve summarized the most important information for you at a glance.

Plans can change — no problem. Depending on the season, you can cancel or reschedule your stay free of charge up to a certain deadline.

Winter:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 30–20 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost
  • 20–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
  • 14–7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost
  • From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

Summer:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation or rescheduling
  • 13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the room price
  • From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

We recommend cancelling in due time to avoid additional costs.

Would you like to make the most of your last day of vacation?
You’re welcome to store your luggage with us, and shower facilities are available if needed.

Getting here is easy — whether by car, train, or plane.

If you’re arriving by train, we’re happy to pick you up from Schladming train station. For direct bookings, the shuttle service is complimentary.

Arriving by car is just as convenient. Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel, and an electric vehicle charging station is also provided.

Would you like to arrive earlier? Just let us know in advance so we can reserve a parking space for you.

On your departure day, you may leave your car parked with us, subject to availability. We’re also happy to store your luggage for you.

Daily from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
A place for coffee, little breaks, and relaxed moments in the afternoon and evening.

Dinner
On selected days from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Depending on the season, we serve small dishes or set menus. We’re happy to inform you about the current offer on site.

Honesty Bar
From 10:00 PM onwards.
Help yourself and enjoy the evening at your own pace. Open end.

Selected rooms on the lower floor with a private entrance are available for guests with dogs.
