The Pilates Retreat combines strengthening sessions with moments of relaxation — creating a holistic experience of activity and regeneration.

For anyone wanting to consciously take time for their body — regardless of fitness level. Whether beginner or advanced, the sessions are designed so everyone can train at their own level.
Ideal for anyone looking to improve posture and body awareness, build strength and unwind at the same time — also as the perfect complement to activities such as hiking, biking or running.

Requirements & Recommendations:
Basic fitness, openness to new forms of movement and enjoyment of mindful exercise are recommended. Comfortable sportswear, a light jacket and a water bottle are advised. Yoga mats are optional and available on site.

€390 per person in a shared double room*
€436 in a single room*

Depending on the weather, some Pilates sessions may take place outdoors.
The programme is intentionally relaxed and offers plenty of time for recovery and individual breaks.

So that everything around your getaway runs smoothly, we’ve summarized the most important information for you at a glance.

Plans can change — no problem. Depending on the season, you can cancel or reschedule your stay free of charge up to a certain deadline.

Winter:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 30–20 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost
  • 20–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
  • 14–7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost
  • From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

Summer:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation or rescheduling
  • 13–7 days before arrival: 70% of the room price
  • From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

We recommend cancelling in due time to avoid additional costs.

Would you like to make the most of your last day of vacation?
You’re welcome to store your luggage with us, and shower facilities are available if needed.

Getting here is easy — whether by car, train, or plane.

If you’re arriving by train, we’re happy to pick you up from Schladming train station. For direct bookings, the shuttle service is complimentary.

Arriving by car is just as convenient. Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel, and an electric vehicle charging station is also provided.

Would you like to arrive earlier? Just let us know in advance so we can reserve a parking space for you.

On your departure day, you may leave your car parked with us, subject to availability. We’re also happy to store your luggage for you.

Depending on the season, we serve small dishes or set menus. We’re happy to inform you about the current offer on site.
